1. Dirt stuck on fill valve's rubber seal or the rubber seal is torn.
    Take out the fill valve's rubber seal to wash or replace the rubber seal in the case that it's broken.

2. Dirt stuck on flush valve's rubber seal or the rubber seal is torn.
    Take out the flush valve's rubber seal to wash or replace the rubber seal in the case that it's broken.

3. Water level in the tank is too high.
    Adjust the water controller to make the water level match the water line.

1. Dirt stuck on water filter.
    Take out the water filter to clean.

2. The stop valve is unclean or blocked.
    Take out the stop valve to clean.

1. Incorrect installation of rubber ring or deteriorated condition of rubber ring.
    Re-install the tank and the rubber ring or have the rubber ring changed.

2. Screws were not properly secured.
    Re-insert and tighten the screws.

1. Incorrect installation of the waterproofing rubber.
    Re-install the waterproofing rubber.

    Re-insert and tighten the screws.

3. The waterproofing rubber is torn or deteriorated.
    Change the new waterproofing rubber.

1. Low water level in tank.
    Adjust the water controller to make the water level match the water line.

2. Blockage in bowl or full septic tank.
    Use equipment to clear the blockage or call service to clear septic tank.

3. Blocked or no ventilation pipe.
    Install or clean ventilation pipe.

4. WC was not installed at the proper rough-in length (correct spot with outlet).
     Re-install WC with the correct rough-in length.

1. There is a blockage of glass fragments, fabrics or hair fragments in the bowl or pipe
    Use equipment to clear the blockage.

2. There is a blockage of wood chips or scrap in the bowl or pipe.
    Close the fill valve, remove water closet and use equipment to clear the blockage.

3. Blocked ventilation pipe.    
    Clean ventilation pipe. 

4. Full septic tank.
    Call service to clear septic tank.

1. Low water level in tank.
    Adjust the water level match the water line.

2. Blockage in the water outlet.
    Check and pull the blockage out.

3. Fast closing of flapper of flush valve. 
    Check and pull the blockage out, adjust or change push bottom and flush valve.
 

1. WC was not installed at the proper rough-in length (correct spot with outlet) or provided wax flange / floor flange was not installed.
    Re-install WC with the correct rough-in length and insert provided wax flange / floor flange.

1. Push button set was not properly installed.
    Re-install the push button set.

1. Stain is possibly caused from water quality.
    Clean with cleaning agent. Take care not to use sharp equipment or it may cause scratches on ceramic surface.

1. Stain from dirt, normal use, or water quality.
    Clean with gentle soaping water and sponge. Do not use strong chemical cleaning agent.

1. Leak of waterproofing rubber or flapper is deteriorate, dirty or wrong position, the water level is below the water line.
    Clean water outlet valve. If leaking, change the new device.

2. Leak / break of overflow, the water in the tank leak out.
    Replace the new overflow pipe.
 

1. The wrong position of water inlet valve.
    Close stop valve, re-install the water inlet valve to the right position.

1. Blockage in water inlet valve. 
    Close stop valve, remove fill valve and water inlet valve, clear blockage and re-install all by adding a water filter.

2. If done according to no.1, the water is still not closed. Water inlet valve may be crack.
    Change the new water inlet valve.

3. Push button is stuck, water inlet valve is not close.
    Re-install the push button set.

4. Flapper of flush valve close is deteriorate.
    Change the new flapper.

No problem. Normally fill valve has air path. There will be water running out while working.
