2.2  Warranty Registration

1. 1 user is allowed to register for product warranty per 1 user account only. If it is found that you own more than 1 user account and have made multiple warranty registration, the company has the right to annul the warranty registration and the user account along with other services.
2. Before you are granted the right for warranty registration on the www.nahm.co.th which includes the company’s promotional and marketing activities, you must register for a user account on www.nahm.co.th. The required information is:
   • Personal information, such as: name, surname, age, date of birth, etc.
   • Contact information, such as: address, phone number, e-mail, etc.
   • User account information, such as: user account, history log, etc.
   • User’s financial transaction information, such as: order record, credit card detail, bank account, etc.
3. Warranty registration covers only the purchase of products within Thailand or until specified otherwise by the company.
4. You must provide the most accurate, complete, truthful, and up-to-date information.
5. If changes have been made regarding any of your information, you are hereby agreed to constantly rectify such information.
6. You are hereby confirming on keeping your information and password a secret. And thus confirming that an unauthorized attempt or access on the platform or other services is duly prohibited.
7. If you use this platform to cause any damage to the company or concerning parties in any case whatsoever, you are hereby consenting to indemnify all the relating damages both directly and indirectly. The company shall not be responsible for any damage you have caused to other parties.
